About the role

As a Call Centre Agent for the Travel Account at AGVILL RESOURCES INC', you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service to resolve enquiries and assist with bookings. This full-time role is based in Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila, and you will work closely with the wider customer service team to deliver a world-class experience to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers, answering queries and assisting with travel bookings and reservations
  2. Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  4. Work collaboratively with the wider customer service team to share best practices and continuously improve processes
  5. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as required
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally within the travel industry
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  5. Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry terminology
  6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  7. Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and resilient attitude
