About the role

As a Call Centre Agent - Sparks Cubao at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This full-time position is based in Araneta City Quezon City Metro Manila, where you will be the voice of our brand, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Actively listening to customer concerns and questions, and providing accurate and timely resolutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  7. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language, with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a keen attention to detail
  7. Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team
