Job Brief
Our client, a fast-growing FinTech IT Services & Consulting firm, is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive strategic growth in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). With a product suite focused on AI-powered digital transformation, and FinTech solutions, serving leading enterprises across APAC and other emerging markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technology sales within FinTech, Technology, or the broader BFSI space. This role is suited for professionals with experience selling SaaS or integrated technology solutions to banks and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Client & Market Engagement
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure across FSI clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Identify market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive solution-based selling efforts.
Sales Execution & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute business development strategies based on market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Meet or exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs.
- Create customized proposals, value propositions, and pitches based on client needs.
Account & Pipeline Management
- Manage key banking accounts with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
- Report on pipeline progress, forecasts, and sales activity to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Management, Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SaaS, System Integration, or Tech Solutions Sales within FinTech, Technology, or BFSI industries.
- Proven experience handling key accounts in the banking and financial services sector.
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
