  • Managing Training Delivery: Overseeing the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  • Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Supporting Career Development: Assisting employees in their career development by providing guidance and resources for skill enhancement.
  • Compliance with Training Requirements: Ensuring that all statutory training requirements are met and keeping up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with Managers: Working closely with line managers to solve specific training issues and to align training initiatives with business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php29, Php35,000.00 per month
