Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for leading the overall human resource management of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with labor laws. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The HR Manager will play a vital role in fostering a positive company culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring effective workforce management to drive organizational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop workforce plans aligned with business strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote morale and productivity.
Performance Management & Training
- Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure all HR policies comply with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly review and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions.
- Recommend and implement competitive compensation strategies.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with management in developing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations on organizational development and change management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of solid HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Preferably with experience in the beauty and health industry, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Willing to report onsite in Parañaque City.
