Job Summary

The HR Supervisor supports the HR Manager in overseeing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, employee programs, and compliance with labor laws. This role supervises HR staff and provides guidance on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. The HR Supervisor plays a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring the HR department contributes effectively to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Supervise recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection and hiring.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  • Employee Relations & Discipline
  • Act as first-line support for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR Manager, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Performance Management
  • Monitor and guide the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide feedback and coaching support to supervisors and employees.
  • Training & Development
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to address skill gaps.
  • Track training attendance and evaluate effectiveness.
  • HR Policy Implementation & Compliance
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Monitor compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company regulations.
  • HR Administration
  • Oversee employee records management and HRIS updates.
  • Supervise payroll preparation, benefits administration, and government-mandated reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Preferably with experience in the beauty and health industry, but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and HR processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Willing to report onsite in Parañaque City.
