Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure professionals to lead and manage our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT environments. The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure, enabling our business to operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Evaluation
  • Infrastructure Security
  • Vendor Management
  • Implementation
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals

Manage and maintain existing IT infrastructure, including:

  • Google Workspace
  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Core Switches & Access Switches
  • Access Points
  • ISPs (Internet Service Providers)
  • Zero Trust Solutions
  • Anti-malware
  • Windows and Mac devices

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of networking, server administration, and cybersecurity
  • Experiences with Aruba products, Netskope, Sophos/Crowdstrike, and Windows/Mac devices is preferred
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
