About the Role

We're looking for a Pharmacy Financial Analyst who will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for our pharmacy division.

You'll turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and help drive the business forward.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience using data tools to deliver financial clarity and results.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support strategic planning.
  • Use SQL and data mining techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret business data.
  • Collaborate with business and finance teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.
  • Support budgeting, quarterly projections, and variance analysis.
  • Partner across departments to align performance metrics and drive efficiencies.

Core Focus Areas

1 Financial Analysis & Forecasting

  • Build budgets, forecasts, and performance reports that guide strategic decision-making and inform leadership initiatives.

2 SQL & Data Mining

  • Extract and analyze large datasets from multiple financial systems to power insights, forecasting, and performance modeling.

3 Advanced Excel & Financial Tools Proficiency

  • Develop models, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and tools like Essbase, SmartView, Oracle, Access, and Lawson.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience (pharmacy, healthcare, or retail preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools (SQL, Oracle, Lawson, Essbase, SmartView).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization or statistical modeling.
  • Prior exposure to financial planning systems or BI tools.
