Work Setup: 100% Onsite | Night Shift

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior Project Manager with 6–8 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting executive-level operations. This role will directly collaborate with senior leadership, particularly the CEO, to oversee strategic projects, ensure organizational alignment, and drive the successful execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of strategic, company-wide initiatives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability.
  • Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimize project outcomes.

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Partner closely with the CEO and senior executives to manage priorities, track progress, and align strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and board-level updates summarizing project progress and KPIs.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments and stakeholders.

Operational Management

  • Oversee execution of operational improvement projects and growth programs.
  • Standardize project management processes and ensure adherence to company methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across project teams.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6–8 years of experience in project management or a similar leadership role.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig during night shift hours.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic, cross-functional, or enterprise-level projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tools (Asana, Trello, , or similar).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
  • Experience in IT, technology, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
  • Knowledge of data visualization or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
