Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Service Delivery Manager (IT Asset Management) to lead and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient asset utilization, compliance with company and regulatory standards, and alignment of IT asset management (ITAM) practices with overall service delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets — including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal — ensuring accurate tracking and optimization.
- Manage and enhance IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes to support business continuity, cost efficiency, and governance.
- Lead a team responsible for asset tracking, inventory audits, software license compliance, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT operations to forecast asset needs, manage budgets, and ensure timely provisioning.
- Maintain and improve the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related ITSM tools.
- Develop and enforce asset management policies, standards, and controls to meet internal audit and compliance requirements.
- Monitor asset performance metrics and prepare reports on utilization, costs, and compliance status.
- Support Service Desk and Infrastructure teams in resolving asset-related incidents and ensuring service continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline asset workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Engage with vendors to manage asset-related contracts, renewals, and warranties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery or IT asset management roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices, particularly around Configuration and Asset Management (ITAM/CMDB).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of software license management, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL v4, ISO ITAM), or ServiceNow ITAM are an advantage.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
