Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and performance of Windows client systems across a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in desktop engineering, remote support, and security management for large-scale networks.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tier 3 Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering role with a strong understanding of security best practices
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Windows 10 and 11 in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, VB Scripting, Active Directory GPOs, and client tools such as Intune or Radia for remote PC management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Tier 3 Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10 and 11 platforms in enterprise environments
  • Skilled in PowerShell, VB Scripting, Active Directory GPOs, Intune, and Radia
  • Knowledgeable in WMI repair, Windows Installer, .msi, .NET, Java, BitLocker encryption, printing, and file system rights
  • Experienced in Citrix Workspace virtual PC/application management in Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP networking, and web troubleshooting tools
  • Familiar with rights management for Windows-based file servers
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and respond quickly to security threats
  • Customer-oriented and proactive in providing high-quality support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24x7 remote support and problem resolution for Windows workstation issues across corporate offices, supply plants, distribution centers, and retail locations
  • Monitor and manage workstations remotely, applying security patches, updates, and fixes to ensure compliance and system stability
  • Serve as 3rd-level escalation for desktop software, operating system, and file server access issues
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex problems involving diverse technologies
  • Support the deployment and security hardening of client systems and applications

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
