Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our growing team at IT By Design, Philippines. This strategic leadership role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment. You'll lead our local HR and Admin team, ensure operational excellence across all HR functions, and work cross-functionally with our US and India teams to align global strategies with local execution.

Education level required:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within tech or IT SMB environments.
- Proven experience leading an HR and Admin team (onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations).
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS tools such as Sprout, Bamboo HR, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating across global teams (especially with the US and India).
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and people leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with business leaders across all levels to localize and execute global HR strategies while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the US and India HR teams to support global HR programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. - Team Management:
Lead and develop the local HR and Admin team, overseeing functions such as onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and general administration. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary escalation point for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. - Compensation & Benefits:
Design and manage competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and health benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - Payroll Management:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with internal controls, government reporting, and vendor coordination. - Talent Management:
Drive initiatives in performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. - Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulatory requirements, and audit standards; implement proactive measures to mitigate HR risks. - Administrative Oversight:
Manage HR and Admin budgets, vendor relationships, and facilities operations to support a productive workplace. - Serve as a key business partner in supporting our leadership team and promoting IT By Design's culture of excellence.
