Business Development Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Office Locations: Makati and BGC

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in Business Development and a strong background in the Fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Business Development or Sales Management roles.
  • Strong background in Fintech or Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup (reporting to either Makati or BGC office).
