Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Administrative Manager and provide day-to-day support to management.
- Manage scheduling, calendar updates, and reminder follow-ups for the CEO and Administrative Manager.
- Handle phone calls, messages, filing, and document organization.
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, deliveries, and other related arrangements.
- Drive the CEO or Administrative Manager for meetings, events, and official duties.
- Run errands and assist with office- or personal-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality in all communications and administrative tasks.
- Provide on-site support during company events, meetings, and activities involving the CEO or management team.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and discretion.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to drive for official duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Amenable to work on-site at Lola Nena's Head Office, located at Xavierville Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
