Haribon Foundation for the Conservatory of Natural Resources Inc. is looking for Admin Assistant

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties including document management, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for executives or teams.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate office operations such as inventory, purchasing, and vendor management.

IT Support & Coordination

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors or internal IT departments for escalated issues.
  • Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and system configurations.
  • Support users with email setup, password resets, and troubleshooting common software applications.
  • Help ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth information flow and system access.
  • Assist in implementing new digital tools or software platforms.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes from both administrative and IT standpoints.
