Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Admin Assistant located in Mandaluyong. The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting human resources activities, providing executive administrative support, handling general administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication. Daily tasks include managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, handling correspondence, and providing exemplary customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) skills for managing employee records
- Administrative Assistance skills for handling correspondence and providing general administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
