Admin Assistant - Managing thee daily operations of retail store, ensuring smooth daily transactions to maximize sales and minimize cost. Meet sales and profitability goal of the retail stores. Giving assistance and providing various administrative tasks that involves preparing and maintaining records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.) To handle and manage day-to-day operations and administrative functions to ensure daily inventory and compliance.
2.) Check and validates stores transactions.
3.) Ensures all transactions are complete and deposited based on the documents submitted.
4.) Maintains and organize proper filing and recording of documents in soft and hard copies.
5.) Identifies, coordinates and reports any data related issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
6.) Oversees the store operations including sales, marketing and customer service.
7.) Monitor sales and analyze data
8.) Ensure store operations systems and procedures are carried out.
9.) Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
1.) Graduate of Any (4) years course
2.) With at least (1) year-experience as admin assistant
3.) With high level of accuracy, meticulous and attention to details
4.) With good verbal and written communications skills.
5.) With good problem-solving attitude skills.
6.) Customer service-oriented.
7.) Excellent in muti-tasking skills.
8.) With good understanding of sales and collections performance metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
