The HR Manager will work closely with the heads per department to support the operations center. The role includes assisting with talent acquisition, facilitating performance management, shaping and reinforcing a positive company culture, and coordinating training while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and assist with recruitment team efforts, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with Philippine regulations
  • Coordinate, support, and oversee the training programs and cultural integration for new hires and onboarding groups
  • Work with managers to support employee engagement, performance management, and development initiatives
  • Help shape and reinforce the company's culture by collaborating on initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
  • Partner with heads to align nationwide HR activities with global strategies
  • Assist or manage other HR special projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • more than 3 years of HR experience in a fast-moving, high-growth firm, preferably in manpower agency and or sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and training
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different team.
  • Highly motivated individual driven by success and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
  • Effective time-management abilities adapting to rapidly changing priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
