The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and fostering a positive, high-performing organizational culture. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation to support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and manpower planning.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and open communication.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with DOLE regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships between management and staff to enhance morale and productivity.

3. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll

  • Administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Regularly benchmark salary and benefits against market standards.

4. Learning and Development

  • Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and succession planning initiatives.

5. HR Policy, Compliance, and Administration

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and the company handbook in alignment with Philippine labor laws.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports and HR metrics for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
