
HR & Admin Manager

We are seeking an HR and Admin Manager to oversee all human resources functions and act as a strategic partner to leadership. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management, compliance, employee relations, and a proven ability to lead and mentor an HR team.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This includes talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and offboarding.
- Ensure all HR practices and policies are in compliance with labor laws. Develop, update, and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on a wide range of HR matters. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issue.
- Lead and manage administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and procurement.
- Develop and manage the HR and administrative budget. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of HR and administrative professionals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
