Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Administer payroll, government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and other employee benefits.
  • Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR concerns and escalate as necessary.
  • Support the performance management and appraisal process.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
