Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Preferably 1–2 years HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, or records management (experience in feed mill, farms, or manufacturing is an advantage).
- Skills:
- Knowledge of basic HR functions, labor laws, and employee relations
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-handling skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, HRIS preferred)
- Personal Traits: Proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, approachable, and has strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work is office-based with regular interaction with employees from production, farm, and business operations.
- May require occasional travel to farms and expansion sites.
- Standard working hours, with occasional overtime or weekend work based on HR or management needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
