  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-handling skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, HRIS preferred)
  • Personal Traits: Proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, approachable, and has strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is office-based with regular interaction with employees from production, farm, and business operations.
  • May require occasional travel to farms and expansion sites.
  • Standard working hours, with occasional overtime or weekend work based on HR or management needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
