The Broker Sales Support Associate provides administrative and operational support to accredited brokers and the internal sales team, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and accurate documentation for Filinvest Land Inc. projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for brokers, addressing inquiries on projects, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
  • Assist in broker accreditation, document preparation, and submission for client reservations.
  • Track broker-generated sales from reservation to booking.
  • Distribute and update brokers with sales and marketing materials.
  • Support broker events, training sessions, and incentive programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Broker Sales Manager.
