What You'll Do:

  • Build Connections: Promote and lead in marketing, and selling all of Federal Land's properties through advertisements and other initiatives
  • Go Getter: Achieves monthly and semestral sales quota as required within the duration of the contract.
  • Lead and Inspire: Coach and motivate a team of brokers to create a highly motivated, engaged, and energized sales atmosphere to help them translate leads into sales.
  • Expand the Network: Identify and recruit top talent to join our growing network of brokers.
  • Drive Performance: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance broker performance.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep our network competitive.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate with proven customer service experience

People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Closer: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Local insight: Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
