Responsibilities
You will be required to assist in all aspects of the digital marketing function, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.
Managing the day-to-day digital marketing operations such as executing demand-generation activities, managing digital channels, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and agencies to effectively support the company's growth initiatives.
This will require you to manage websites, run paid media campaigns, oversee analytics, execute content marketing and ensure all digital assets and activities remain aligned with brand and performance objectives.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the annual digital marketing plan, budget, and KPI framework across brands.
- Build a quarterly digital roadmap and report performance to leadership.
- Develop digital strategies for venues, wedding planners, event managers, corporate, community, government, private hire and major events/touring segments.
- Manage websites including content updates, CRO, UX improvements, page speed, forms, UTM conventions and landing pages.
- Own the SEO strategy end-to-end, including keyword research, content optimisation, technical SEO, internal linking and local SEO.
- Run paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta and LinkedIn, including offer testing by segment.
- Oversee analytics using GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console and maintain Looker Studio dashboards.
- Create and manage capability decks, digital case studies and press kits.
- Lead and manage the agency roster, write briefs, review outputs and oversee performance.
- Manage a rolling B2B and B2C digital content calendar and commission photo/video content when required.
- Manage social media channels, including publishing, engagement and performance tracking.
- Drive product marketing for hire ranges and services, ensuring catalogue accuracy and digital launch plans.
- Create persona-based packages and high-converting category and collection pages.
- Build value propositions and vertical pages with proof points.
- Produce digital hero case studies for flagship projects.
- Support sales and tender teams with digital boilerplate copy, team bios, proof points, diagrams and branded templates.
- Grow digital partnerships with venues and planners and coordinate PR activities and award submissions.
- Own CRM hygiene, lead-routing SLAs, email marketing and digital nurture journeys.
- Maintain measurement and governance including monthly performance packs, digital asset library management and competitor tracking
Requirements
- Higher education degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is
- preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in demand generation and brand growth.
- • Experience across both B2B and B2C, ideally within events, venues, hire or related services.
- Strong skills in planning, budgeting, KPI management and data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console and dashboarding tools.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and paid media across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting, editorial judgement and brand awareness.
- Experience managing websites using a modern CMS and improving conversion performance.
- Demonstrated ability to brief and manage creative, media and PR agencies.
- Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with Directors and senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving ability, creativity, and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required. You will be required to
- collaborate with stakeholders via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings daily
