Senior HR Officer

You will be required to assist in all aspects of Human Resources operations, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.
You will support the Leadership Team in ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with Philippine labor laws and timely execution of HR activities including recruitment support, compensation and benefits administration, government contributions and employee relations.
This will require you to coordinate closely with internal teams, maintain accurate HR records and help implement HR policies and process improvements.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE and BIR regulations.
- Manage end-to-end local payroll, timekeeping and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, including sickness and maternity claims).
- Represent the company in government agencies as needed.
- Consolidate disputes, deductions, and employee loans.
- Ensure timely posting of employee loan payments from SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Calculate final pay for separated employees.
- Administer and monitor government-mandated benefits and ensure timely remittances.
- Coordinate with Finance and external agencies for government reports and compliance.
- Assist in payroll preparation by validating attendance and benefits-related data.
- Support compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benchmarking.
- Help design and implement HR processes and internal procedures.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
- Support HR projects such as policy development, HRIS implementation, and employee engagement.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, government compliance, and end-to-end payroll.
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Proven experience in creating and improving HR processes and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledgeable in Sprout HR and payroll system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS or payroll systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
