As International Broker Relations Specialist, your key reponsibilities are…

  • Partner Recruitment: Actively identify, recruit, and accredit new international Marketing Partners and real estate brokers, focusing on those with strong networks in the US, London, and Australia.
  • Training & Orientation: Conduct thorough training and orientation sessions for all new and existing partners and brokers on our projects, inventory, sales process, and company policies.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide continuous, high-level support to Marketing Partners, addressing their inquiries, providing marketing materials, and ensuring they are fully equipped to sell our projects.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with partners to help them close sales by providing necessary documentation, facilitating client meetings, and coordinating with the internal Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Personal Selling (International Only): The IBRS is allowed and encouraged to conduct personal selling directly to clients, but only for international accounts/leads.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in real estate sales, broker relations, or account management, ideally with exposure to international clientele or partners.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to conduct professional training and presentations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach to partner support.
  • Proactive & Organized: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
  • Educational Requirement: Completed a 4-year college course.
