Purpose of the Role
As the Rewards, Incentives, Communications and Events Specialist for the Partnership Distribution department, you are responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategies that enhance partner engagement and motivation through effective rewards and incentives programs. Your role also involves coordinating communications and organizing events that strengthen relationships with partners and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities of the Role
1. Rewards and Incentives Program Management:
- Design, implement, and manage rewards and incentives programs tailored specifically for distribution partners.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing programs to ensure they are competitive and effective in motivating partners.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Distribution team to tailor programs to specific partner needs and goals.
2. Partner Communications:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey company initiatives, updates, and achievements to partners.
- Create engaging content for newsletters, partner portals, and other communication channels.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all platforms to maintain strong partner relationships.
3. Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute partner-focused events, including recognition ceremonies, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful event execution.
- Evaluate event outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
4. Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Partnership Distribution team to develop strategies that enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative partnership culture.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of rewards, incentives, and communication strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in rewards and incentives program management, communications, and event planning, preferably within a partnership or distribution context.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication and event planning tools and multi-media graphics design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry, particularly in partnership distribution.
- Certification in event planning or related fields.
- Familiarity with partner engagement tools and platforms.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel for event coordination and partner meetings.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours during events or peak periods.
