The
Junior Event Specialist
will support in the planning and execution of a wide range of events—from media launches and press conferences to virtual webinars and internal company functions. As part of a dynamic PR agency, the Junior Events Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure that every event aligns with client objectives and is executed seamlessly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to handle logistics including catering, lights and sounds, equipment rentals, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and shipping of event materials (e.g., press kits, badges, signage, merchandise).
  • Provide onsite support during events, including ingress and egress management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and recommend new ideas to enhance the events experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed for event coverage.
  • Able to start immediately.
