Job Summary

We're looking for a super creative and organized Marketing & Events Specialist to join our awesome team If you're passionate about FMCG, love planning events, and have a knack for creating buzz, this is the perfect role for you. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and events that boost our brand, engage customers, and drive sales. Think fun, innovative, and impactful

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, in-store promotions, and online webinars.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, and on-site coordination.
  • Create engaging event experiences that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Implementation:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking results.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement to optimize performance.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers.
  • Prepare and present marketing reports to management.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage event and marketing budgets.
  • Track expenses and ensure that all activities are within budget.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and event planning, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and events.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
