Audio Visual Event Services Specialist

Hybrid Set-up | Full-Time | Makati

The Audio-Visual Specialist (internally, Specialist, Audio Visual Event Services) plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and follow-through while working closely with Technology managers, colleagues, lawyers, and other business services teams. This individual will help foster positive working relationships and ensure smooth, professional experience for all Firm members and clients.

What you will do:

  • Set up and support in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conference room technology.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in collaboration and AV tools (Teams, Webex, Jabber, WebRTC, Cisco scheduling) and guide users on best practices.
  • Manage AV support requests, including scheduling resources, monitoring ServiceNow/Jabber/email tickets, and maintaining records in RRS/TMS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues, perform system checks, support Firm events, and handle general technical needs (hardware, software, mobile devices).
  • Coordinate with team members on escalations, equipment moves, office relocations, and ensure timely follow-through on all support activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Jabber) and AV technologies; knowledge of WebRTC, Cisco systems, and TMS is preferred.
  • Hands-on background in AV equipment, control systems, DSPs, audio distribution, and Cisco codecs.
  • Technical support experience, including desk side troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Office, Windows, Citrix, VPN, and mobile apps.
  • Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; proactive and team-oriented.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; college graduate; ITIL certification is an advantage.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, provide weekend support when needed, and follow a hybrid setup (3 days onsite).
