Events and Catering Specialist

The Events and Catering Specialist is a key revenue-generating role responsible for the end-to-end management of Taters Enterprises, Inc.'s events and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new catering and event sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and building relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage leads, and secure new business through customized proposals, product tastings, and site visits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all catering clients, preparing detailed Event Orders and coordinating logistics, staffing, and product requirements with Store Operations and the Production Hub.
  • Oversee the on-site execution of key events, acting as the brand representative to ensure food presentation, staff professionalism, and overall client experience are exceptional.
  • Develop accurate costings and profitable pricing for proposals, manage contract preparation and payment collection, and track key sales metrics against targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales-focused role withing the catering, events, or hospitality industry is essential, with demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and experience closing large-scale deals.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suites.
  • Excellent organizational and event planning abilities are a must.
  • Driven by a Customer First mindset, demonstrating Excellence and Quality through meticuloous attention to detail, and taking Responsibility and Ownership for the entire event lifecyle.
  • Must be able to manage a mix of office-based work and on-site event management, requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
