RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day-to-Day logistics operations monitoring - Warehouse (inventory and whse mgmt) - Printing (internal and external printing) - Data Support - Budget Monitoring Manpower and Capacity Planning for Operations Other Administrative tasks Supplies Monitoring

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Education Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or fulfillment—preferably in the education, publishing, or assessment industry.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and knowledgeable with logistics or inventory software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with data privacy or secure test administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
