Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator - Receiving oversees the shipment and deliveries of products in Wego's warehouses. Adhering to Wego's policies and standards, this individual is responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to final product distribution. The Logistics Coordinator ensures cost-effective supply chain operations and promptly resolves distribution issues.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interorganizational and sub-inventory transfers in the ERP system; enter unloaded date in the OTM system.
  • Distribute goods receipts and pictures of inbounds.
  • Daily follow up with North America warehouses.
  • Weekly measuring warehouse KPIs.
  • Ensuring timely pick-up of cargo.
  • Dispatch notifications to Wego's network of warehouses and carriers.
  • Work with customers, carriers, and warehouses to resolve issues with shipments.
  • Ensure timely updates of shipment details system to meet deadlines.
  • Forward completed shipment details to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Proactively identify gaps and establish controls to mitigate compliance issues.
  • Constant communication with drayage team, Customer Service and Product Operations Analyst Team.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics management required.
  • Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Good management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
