Recruitment Coordination
- Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Team while developing an understanding of Manulife's products and businesses
- Responsible for the centralized collection of approved hiring requisitions and posting of positions in Workday
- Participate in the coordination of New Hire Orientation; reporting and tracking as required
- Provide support with pre-employment screening checks by actively tracking the process of the checks, billing costs, etc.
- Be a subject matter expert in Workday as it relates to template management (i.e. offer management)
- Manage Recruitment Coordination Activities such as Interview Arrangement, Raise/Adjudicate Background Check, Facilitate On boarding and Orientation
- Assist with recruitment operations related special projects as assigned
- Format job descriptions for internal/external and niche site postings
- Coordinate and schedule Interviews between Applicants and Hiring Managers
- Handle logistics for interview room reservations
- Facilitate assessment testing to applicants
- Initiate and complete pre-employment screening process, tracking, follow-up, and costs
- Initiate and manage background checks by coordinating with applicant and background check vendor
- Create and distribute employment offer letters and offer packages
- Manage On boarding & Orientation process tracking & coordination (where & when applicable)
- Align with other functional HR departments to ensure an effective flow of information and a consistent approach
