We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations across two main warehouse facilities. The role requires managing and coordinating a large workforce of over 1,000 warehouse personnel, with the support of experienced Supervisors and Team Leaders, to ensure seamless fulfillment of various product lines.

This position demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 1,000+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and discipline.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
  • Ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery of various product categories from both Pasig and Quezon City facilities.
  • Manage workforce deployment, scheduling, and manpower balancing in coordination with Supervisors.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management systems, stock accuracy, and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate closely with Clients, HR, and Operations Support Teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.
  • Foster a people-oriented culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with proven managerial experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale manpower operations (500+ personnel).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
  • Proficient in WMS, AMS, or other logistics management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Willing to travel between Pasig and Quezon City warehouses as part of daily operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in 3PL, FMCG, e-commerce, or distribution operations.
  • Experience in lean warehousing or process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor productivity standards and manpower optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php120,000.00 per month
