Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to manage and support key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding of new hires
- Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries
- Foster a positive working environment and resolve workplace conflicts when they arise
- Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance review systems
- Guide managers and employees on performance-related discussions and documentation
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with labor laws
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies
- Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate relevant programs
- Support employee growth and career development initiatives
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management as needed
