SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and engage potential clients to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts that are beneficial for both parties.
-Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns promptly and ensure that services meet or exceed client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be graduate of Marketing Management, or Engineering or any business course.
Min. 5 years work experience in Sales at Construction Industry.
Strategy Planning & Excellent Negotiation skilled are required.
-Strong leadership to lead his/her towards accomplishment of targets.
- Must known how to use Gmail, Excel and etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
