
Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, including Sales Engineers and Sales Coordinators.
- Identify new business opportunities and key clients in target industries and locations.
- Oversee preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Technical, and Project Teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance evaluations.
- Represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B or project sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Preferably with background in solar energy, construction, or related industries
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Knowledge of solar technology is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.)
