Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving the company's sales

targets and revenue objectives. This role oversees the end-to-end sales process from lead

generation, client engagement, proposal preparation, and negotiation to contract closing,

ensuring profitability and long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager also collaborates

closely with the Project, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure accurate costing, smooth project turnover, and client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Planning


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.


• Set annual and monthly sales targets for the sales team and monitor performance.


• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business

opportunities.


• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management review.

Business Development and Market Expansion


• Identify new markets, sectors, and customer segments for renewable energy and

related services.


• Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and business forums.


• Develop partnerships with developers, consultants, and government or private entities

for potential projects.
