Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and vendors for construction materials and services
  • Request and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry
  • Solid knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations and best practices
  • Valid driver's license (optional but preferred, for site visits or supplier coordination)
