We are looking for a Recruitment Lead / Manager who will lead, manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for our growing team. This role is critical in identifying top talent, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

S/he will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters - sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, as well as collaborating closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Search proactively for candidates using LinkedIn, Portfolio sites, and internal databases
  • Screen and vetting candidates, paper screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone/virtual/in-person)
  • Assess candidate suitability and alignment with client needs

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Align with hiring managers or clients on job requirements and role expectations
  • Provide market insights and candidate availability updates
  • Schedule and coordinate client-candidate interviews
  • Manage client feedback loop and candidate status updates

Recruitment Administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or tracking systems
  • Prepare candidate summary reports or CV presentations for clients
  • Monitor and track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, placement rate, etc.)

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide interview preparation and feedback
  • Build and nurture a long-term candidate pipeline for future roles
  • Encourage referrals and build talent communities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Update recruitment dashboard weekly/monthly
  • Analyze placement metrics, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements

Team Collaboration & Strategy (Recruitment Lead-specific)

  • Mentor or oversee junior recruiters or coordinators
  • Lead daily/weekly stand-ups or progress reviews
  • Develop recruitment campaigns or sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing for employer branding content
  • Participate in job fairs or recruitment events

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • HR or recruitment certifications are a plus (e.g., PHR, CHRP, LinkedIn Talent Solutions Certificate)
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to candidate sourcing
  • Passionate about matching people with the right roles
  • Willingness to learn recruitment systems and processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR and Brand teams
  • Accurate record-keeping and reporting
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Problem-solving mindset for handling last-minute changes
  • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to assess candidate competencies through structured interviewing
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools
  • Client/stakeholder management experience is a plus
