We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers in decision-making. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Outreach
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection
Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews (phone/virtual)
- Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide hiring managers with candidate summaries, including salary expectations and screening notes.
Recruitment Process Management
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely feedback from all stakeholders and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Administer assessments (e.g., numerical reasoning, IFRS knowledge, critical thinking, etc.) where required.
Collaboration & Advisory
Partner with HR and department leads to understand hiring requirements and role specifications.
- Provide guidance to managers on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and negotiation strategies.
- Support onboarding by ensuring smooth handover from recruitment to HR/admin teams.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Experience recruiting within the professional services, accounting, or outsourcing sectors.
- Understanding of global or offshore hiring processes.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
