The Talent Acquisition Head will lead and oversee the recruitment function, guiding both the Recruitment Assistants and Recruitment Specialists. This leadership role is crucial in driving recruitment strategies for critical roles, managing manpower requirements, and ensuring the efficiency of the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for assigning appropriate accounts to team members and ensuring the recruitment team delivers top talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to Recruitment Assistants and Specialists to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for critical and high level roles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead the recruitment process for critical and high level roles, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and assessments.
Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to assess and process manpower requirements for critical and high level roles, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and offer negotiations for critical roles.
Assign appropriate accounts to Recruitment Assistants and Specialists, ensuring roles are distributed effectively based on team strengths and expertise.
Analyze recruitment analytics and trends to provide data-driven insights, assisting hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.
Manage the background investigation process, ensuring that all candidates for critical roles undergo thorough vetting.
Oversee the pre-employment medical check process, ensuring compliance and reviewing results before extending job offers.
Drive the onboarding function, working closely with HR and department heads to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Champion the employer branding function, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.
Generate detailed recruitment reports, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to optimize the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and ISMS responsibilities, particularly around candidate data security and confidentiality.
Regularly assess team performance and provide coaching to improve efficiency, engagement, and results.
Carry out additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications:
5-10 years of recruitment experience, including leadership or managerial roles.
Strong experience in managing recruitment for critical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in recruitment analytics, sourcing strategies, and team management.In-depth understanding of background investigation processes and medical check requirements.
Strong understanding of ISO standards, ISMS responsibilities, and data security compliance.
Proven track record of managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
