About the role

At Best Reliable Resources', we are seeking a talented Recruitment Leads Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying top-quality candidates to support our clients' hiring needs. Based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our recruitment operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to source qualified candidates for our clients' open positions
  2. Leverage various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage high-potential candidates
  3. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively reach out to them about relevant opportunities
  4. Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to provide insights and recommendations on candidate suitability
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and tools

  1. Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar lead generation role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
  3. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify the best-fit candidates

  5. Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
