E-GMP International Corp, are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Recruitment Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end process of attracting, sourcing, and converting candidates. This hands-on role requires a unique combination of expertise in strategic digital advertising (Meta Ads), compelling video creation, and tactical funnel optimization (sourcing and landing page creation) to efficiently build our talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Funnel Optimization & Conversion (Landing Page Creation, Candidate Funneling, Lead Sourcing)
  • Paid Performance & Video Content Production (Meta Ads Management, Video Content Creation, Social Media Management)
  • Partnerships, Events & Strategy (Marketing Calendar Ownership, Partnership Management, Event Coordination)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven, hands-on experience in a role encompassing digital marketing, content creation, recruitment, or performance advertising.
  • Technical Expertise (Mandatory):
  • Demonstrated skill in creating and optimizing ads via Meta Ads Manager.
  • Verifiable experience creating, editing, and publishing original video content for platforms like TikTok.
  • Experience creating or optimizing simple landing pages for lead capture/conversion

Skills:

  • Highly analytical with a results-driven focus on metrics (CPA, conversion rate).
  • Creative ability in both content generation (video/copy) and landing page design.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing the calendar and logistics for multiple channels and events.
  • Strong communication skills for external relationship building and community engagement.
