  • Serve as the primary point of contact across multiple clients for all recruitment engagements, including staff augmentation, executive search, and volume hiring projects
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and collection and coordination for recruitment clients in partnership with Finance Department
  • Mentor and train recruiters to enhance sourcing, screening, and client-handling tasks
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening and interviewing to client endorsement, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to address internal manpower needs.

    Ensure proper coordination for internal job postings, recruitment campaigns, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in recruitment at least 3 years in a supervisory role or lead role
- Strong background in Staff Augmentation, Executive Search, and Volume Hiring
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracker System, MS Office and Google Workspace and other recruitment tools.
