Recruitment Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to consistently achieve individual and team hiring targets.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and smooth onboarding for all new hires.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and performance reports to stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify performance gaps within the team and implement targeted coaching, training, and process improvements.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Stay up to date with talent market trends, recruitment technologies, and sourcing best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience leading and managing recruitment teams within a recruitment agency.
  • At least 4 years of progressive end-to-end recruitment experience across diverse roles and industries.
  • Strong understanding of Operations Management, Performance Management, and Team Development principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize sourcing strategies, and guide decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and digital sourcing platforms.
