Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to resolve clashes and ensure project accuracy.
  • Prepare drawings, reports, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
  • Follow BIM standards and execution plans.
  • Support project teams in using BIM tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Knowledge of construction processes and coordination.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
