Job Description

ERT-CDE HOLDINGS INC is looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate technical drawings for permit applications and construction purposes, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft architectural and construction plans for permit and site use
  • Revise and update drawings based on project requirements
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain an organized workflow to meet deadlines
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required)
  • Knowledge in BIM software (ArchiCAD or Revit) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
